Our products, including the Starter Meal Guide ($24.99), Seasonal Plate Planner ($39.99), and Kitchen Rhythm Toolkit ($54.99), are delivered electronically via email download links. Because files can be copied upon delivery, returns are evaluated under the conditions below.

Refund Eligibility Window

You may request a refund within fourteen calendar days of purchase if you have not substantially accessed or downloaded the guide files. Substantial access includes opening master PDF files, exporting shopping lists, or participating in included guide support calls for eligible products.

Qualifying Reasons

Refunds may be approved when:

• You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error confirmed by our records.
• You received the wrong guide edition and we cannot provide the correct file within two business days.
• Download links were corrupt or inaccessible and we cannot restore delivery within a reasonable timeframe.

Chargebacks
